We are committed to making justice accessible for all accident victims. 

We believe it is important to be as transparent about legal fees as possible. 

If we accept your case, we will act for you under what is known as a ‘No Win No Fee’ Agreement. Simply put, what this means is we will not charge you for our legal fees upfront. We will, however, deduct a % from any compensation that we recover for you at the conclusion of your claim.

This will be limited to no more than 25% of the compensation we recover for you. There may be other expenses and disbursements that are payable on conclusion for your claim, such as After the Event Insurance, but we will discuss these with you at the outset of your claim.

    We will help you to access and obtain all of the required medical evidence in support of your compensation claim.

    Negotiation

    Once we have submitted the claim to the defendant, we can begin negotiations on reaching a settlement.

    Court Proceedings

    Should no settlement be reached, your claim will proceed to court with a view to obtaining a favourable settlement.

    Outcome

    Should your claim be successful and compensation be awarded, you should receive it within 14-28 days.
